ANNOUNCEMENT

Dear Shaklee Independent Distributors

We invite all SIDs and Business Leaders to put in your pre-orders for products that will be released soon. As the incoming product stocks are limited, and the demand is high, we will be implementing a new pre-order method to reduce the congestion in the system upon release of the product and to facilitate a smoother, easier ordering process.

Pre-orders for Sustained Release Vita-C Plus (#SL10104) will open on 25 September 2021, Saturday from 10:00am-11:59pm

Step 1
Pre-Order

  • Log on to shaklee.com.my with your user ID and password.
  • The Pre-Order Form is on the right of the dashboard, under “Latest Highlights”.
  • Fill in the pre-order form to indicate the quantity you would like to order.
  • Each SID may order up to 6 units.

Step 2
Randomised Selection
 

  • Once Pre-Order is closed, the system will randomly select the pre-orders.
  • If your pre-order has been successfully selected, you will receive an SMS and email from us, allocating you to a ‘Buying Slot’ for you to make your purchase.

Buying Slot

  • Make your purchase anytime during the “Buying Slot” allocated to you.
  • Normal delivery process follows.
  • Once the Buying Slot is closed, any allocation not taken up will be released to others on the wait list.

Sorry, the pre-orders for Sustained Release Vita-C Plus (#SL10104) is now CLOSED, and no longer available.

The Terms & Conditions (T&C) of the pre-order are :

  1. The Pre-Order is intended for SIDs to indicate interest and quantity to purchase for the said product(s).
  2. The Pre-Order is applicable for SIDs and Business Leaders.
  3. Pre-Order does not guarantee confirmation of order quantities or allocation, fulfilment of orders is subject to stocks availability.
  4. In the event that the total SIDs’ requested quantities are more than the quantities available, SIDs’ orders will be randomly selected by the system.
  5. If the selected SIDs do not fully take up the quantities as ordered during their allocated “Buying Slot”, the quantities not taken up will be re-allocated to others.
  6. Appeals for extension of “Buying Slot” will not be allowed.
  7. By submitting the Pre-Order form, SIDs agree with the “Terms & Conditions” of the Pre-Order. SIDs also authorizes the use of their email and mobile phone number for future correspondences.
  8. Shaklee Malaysia has sole discretion on the allocation of the quantities and Shaklee Malaysia reserves the rights to add, amend or remove any “Terms & Conditions” from time to time, of which Shaklee shall make prior announcement to SID through its communication channels.
